Misty's Music Lessons

Once you have booked a lesson, you must sign the Student Agreement and fill out the New Student Questionnaire before the lessons can take place.

The Student Agreement is a standard service agreement that describes my policies. Signing of the agreement ensures that all new students understand my policies and procedures as they are documented.

The New Student Questionnaire allows me to learn a bit more about you before the first lesson. It documents your musical preferences and background, what you are looking to learn and what you already know.  It helps me to prepare accordingly for your first lesson.
